hey so i’m kinda new to the sex game,

anyone have any advice on how to be on top but still be able to like move semi up and down so it’s enjoyable for both parties?

or alternatively if there’s a way for him to do less work? cuz he’s like full well drenched after and i’ve barely broken a sweat and i wanna surprise him on our anniversary saturday and like do more work but it’s still pleasurable for both of us
