My best friend / ex boyfriend shipped off to Fort Benning Tuesday afternoon.. I’m an emotional mess right now. I’d wanted to post on here because I want to tell you guys the back story of it all. This all started my freshman year of high school (2016) we started dating 12/04/16 and went to 03/29/18 2 years and 3 months basically but we remained close friends throughout the entire time. When I broke up with him I tired so hard to move on with my life and I didn’t realize how hard it would be because I always went to him for advice about it .. I’m a shitty person I know. Just this past Sunday September 16th I took him home. As I was about to leave I told him that I loved him ... I NEVER SAID IT AFTER WE BROKE UP it was uncalled for I was even shocked... You guys he is in basic training for 13-15 weeks and he has two weeks leave in December.. I don’t know if I want to wait until he gets back home to ask him out again or ask through my letters to him( secret coding) and surprise him either way.. I didn’t realize how much I loved him and would miss him when the days were going by. Yes he just left but god do I miss him 😭
