new nose rings

i got my nose pierced in february. i've been shopping around for new nose rings but i just don't even know. where can i look online? or any stores i can go to? also, what size do i need? i don't know what the size of the stud i already have in is. what's the standard size? and when i buy, should i go for the more expensive ones? or will the cheaper ones be okay? sorry there's so many questions, someone please help a gal out
