Help?

This is my first time posting something 😩... anyways I’ve never had sex or even gone ANYWHERE with someone. But the past few weeks I’ve had this numb in my nether regions and it’s not going away. It’s not an ingrown hair or a pimple it or at least it doesn’t look like it. I’m not sure we can afford a check up if it’s not something necessary though and it would be awkward to ask my parents if I can go for a check up. They don’t really listen to things like that. Please I appreciate any help I can get 😩.
