Lotion CM

Would lotion like CM be considered “creamy” CM when logging in the <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android">glow app</a>? Is it a good sign of pregnancy? I’ve been having light pains on my lower left side.. trying not to test until AF is due.
