Hormone Question

I'm stressing out a bit. My fiance and I want to start a family but my blood tests came back showing low estradiol and progesterone. From what I can find online (and I know to be cautious with what I read online) it would appear those are indicators for menopause. I'm only 26! I've been having these hot flashes and weird symptoms since I was 18. What if because of my doctors negligence is the reason I wont be able to have a child?! I asked him for years to do a test and he kept telling me I'd grow out of it. I see a new dr on October 1st . We've been trying for years.

Has anyone had or heard of this deficiency before and been able to have a child?! I'm so worried.
