What age can I expect my toddler to know shapes and a few numbers/letters?

Maybe not speaking their names, but able to point to the correct shape or something when asked?

At 15 months my daughter could point out shapes when I asked her. We used a puzzle to learn it and she picked it up quickly. 
At 18 months she learned her colors. Again, we used another puzzle for this and I would point out colors around us all day long. 
At 19 months she can tell you what they are verbally (shapes and colors). 
She hasn’t started recognizing letters yet and can only count to two.

It depends on the child and how much you work with them on these kind of things. My son knew shapes,colors,numbers,letters and so many other things before he was 2 1/2.

My daughter is 21 months knows most of her colors and shapes she can count and say sentences

My son is 26 months and knows 8 shapes, all his colors, and can count to 20, and sing ABC's. He can't recognize numbers it letters yet. My first son took longer on his shapes and letters, but was doing basic adding at 26 months. He is now 6 and in the 95th percentile for the Nation in math.

The kid i nanny has been doing it since 2 and then started saying the names when he was 3.. he is autistic so i don’t know if that hinders him or this is a normal time kind. He’s 4 now and so incredibly smart
