Should a surrogate be legally allowed to be paid for their services?
In Canada where I am from it is illegal to pay a surrogate to carry your baby. You can only reimburse expenses and I’ve read in some provinces it’s a max of $20k and others $30k. Should you be able to pay a woman say a $50k lump sum to carry your baby for you?
