Does getting rid of moles painful?

So I have 2 flat moles on my nose that I hate so much. I want to get rid of them but don’t know how, do I freeze them? Or laser? Or what?

They usually cut them off but since it’s on your nose they’d likely have to do something different and likely be a cosmetic surgeon. You’d have to have a consult.
