I had a positive pregnancy test and was 5 days late. 2 days later I started bleeding heavily with clots. Pregnant test was then negative and cervix was very soft and open. Pretty sure I miscarried. I had a sonogram a day later while still bleeding clots, and there was a gestational sac. I’m still bleeding now but no more clots.

I need to give up this hope because I know it’s wishful thinking. How did you come to accept your loss and move on? I’m having trouble here.
