So, my SO and I have always I guess been Kinky since we first got together but here recently we have both gotten curious of different things. I have dated a girl or two but we never did anything and now he is curious for a threesome with another girl and tbh I am too but I have absolutely no clue what to do.. anyone have any advice?

Just be upfront and honest with both of them. Find someone you both know and are both comfortable being around. (My boyfriend and I chose a mutual friend that we both agreed on).
