Gender reveal

I'm doing baby's gender reveal this Sunday. My husband and I are very reserved people. We chose to do a dinner at fancy restaurant. Just wondering what are some ideas of how we can reveal the gender over a dinner with family?? We currently have the gender sealed in an envelope. It's only close family and would still want to make it exciting for all of us. Help lol
