Shortness of Breath

I’m 38w+2d, baby has dropped and 3cm dilated but I keep feeling like I can’t breathe. Could it be anxiety or something else? I have asthma but my inhaler doesn’t help, I just feel like I’m not getting enough oxygen. No preclampsia either. I’m going crazy 😩😭
