Ovulation after MC

I had a miscarriage at 6w6d on September 16th. My HCG is now at measuring at a 2 as of yesterday. How long would it be before I would ovulated again? Would it be accurate to track my miscarriage bleeding as a normal period for cycle predictions for fertile week?
