Is this to big of a hcg rise?

Ok so my dumb ass has been reading wayyy to much crap lately and I’ve got myself scared. In my pregnancy I had in May my hcg rose very quickly and very high each time and I had ended up having a missed miscarriage but my body kept growing the gestational sac. I’m scared that’s happening again because of how much my hcg went up so quickly! I’ll post pics of all my hcg tests in order the last one is today’s please help me calm down

As I said this last one is today’s but it was taken even sooner than 48 hours since the one Wednesday was taken at 3:10 and today’s was at 10:23.
