No Morning Sickness 🤷🏼‍♀️

I am 5 weeks and I do not feel sick at all. I have sore nipples once in awhile but not the normal pregnancy signs. Which worries me a bit. I rather feel them all just to assure everything’s ok. Does anyone else NOT have too many symptoms?
