First obgyn appt today at 9w2d

My husband and I did ivf to get pregnant. We had our first sonogram at 7w, saw the heartbeat. They started slowly weaning me off the meds. Been going in weekly for blood work to test HCG levels. Yesterday I went in for the blood work and they said everything looked good and they took me off two of the three medications I was on.

Today, I had my first obgyn appt they did a vaginal sonogram and could not find the heartbeat.
