Positive or negative pregnancy test

So i have A three-year-old and a two-year-old me and my husband decided after A little bit of thinking that we would like to try for baby number three so this month is actually our first month trying to track ovulation but different apps been saying different ovulation so I said heck with that if I’m going to get pregnant God knows what he’s doing it will happen. So I’m not sure how many DPO i am but i believeI’m really early though period supposed to start sept. 27 but I took this test today and my mother-in-law couldn’t see a line but I could like it was right there so I just took the top off to show her and actually looks brighter than with it on but I see something how about you guys. I’ve been feeling nauseous I’ve been peeing a lot I’ve been getting cramps and I just been off
