Constipation and EXTREME BACKACHE

ok I’ve been constipated this entire week and maybe a half and now on top of my already sore lower back it’s becoming EXTREMELY PAIN BACKACHE. are this early pregnancy symptoms? Or just in my head?

Also can your take miralax while ttc?
