Am I just crazy or could this really be something?

BD on the 8th, when I got positive opk and have BD everyday this month, also got positive opk on the 15th and been negative since. Recently have (tmi) EWCM for last 5 days, mild cramping and very very faint light brown stringy discharge ONLY when wiping. Nipples look larger and darker, but no sensitivity. BFN when I tested yesterday morning, and AF due in a few days. Any suggestions? Never had EWCM for more than a day, usually on my ovulation day. I’m a month and a half off of mirena, so not sure if it’s just symptoms from coming off long term BC (I only had it in for a year after I miscarried my daughter)??
