Just woke up from a terrifying and deeply disturbing “pregnancy dream”. Anyone else have those?

Yes unfortunately I get them regular 😭. Mine usually involves murders and horrible stuff like that. Scares me so much I don’t go back to sleep that night. 
I’ve tried all the old wives tales to try and prevent them. Like don’t eat cheese before bed etc but nothing works unfortunately 😭.

Some nights ago I dreamt that my baby was trying to bust its way out of my stomach through the skin! Bizarre and vivid...

With my girls, I had very vivid dreams. Violent ones, and sad ones. I recently had one that ended with me having a miscarriage, and I cried. Thankfully it was just a dream and baby is just fine.
