How do you know when you’ve orgasmed?

I don’t have that much sexual experience and I sex ed has failed me. I know what an orgasm is, but how do I know when I have them?

I orgasm so different depending on how I get there. Myself- it’s tinglingly intense. My bf doing oral- is INSANE. My whole body goes into shock kinda (I tingle head to toe and shake) my brain goes blank lol. Penetration- I throb and shake a little (not exactly my favorite orgasm but still feels good lol. 
Focus on it and you’ll just know it’s there

An organs by yourself is different for me than an orgasm with somebody 
Beforehand in both cases for me I breathe heavy 
At some point I don’t want to stop
When I climax my brain goes blank and my body jerks a bit...

It’s something that you just know. When it happens you know because it’s sort of an intense throbbing. That’s the best way to describe it lol 😂
