Brown discharge and PCOS

Does anyone else with pcos have brown discharge? I had it last month for a few days, but my period never came. Currently on CD 60 (!!!) and it just started again. Is this my period?

I’m new to PCOS, and I’m waiting for an ultrasound to see if I have any cysts.
