So confused - BFP now period?

Trigger warning - I think I may be having miscarriage but it’s so early. I can’t talk to anyone about this because it’s too early on. I’m only maybe 5 weeks. We were so excited to see a BPF after I was 5 days late. I took a pregnancy test and yay - pic below. I made first appointment and told hubby. That same night spotting. Next morning heavier like a period. I took another test - still says pregnant. I’ve been through a loss at 9 weeks (😇years ago before my son) so I know what it feels like. Without being graphic for

those who have also been through a loss. This doesn’t feel or look that way that way. Called doc and she says to give a few days. It feels like my period is here. I can’t talk to anyone but hubby. He is sooo supportive. The waiting is so hard. Anyone been through this?
