Waiting on insurance

I'm coming to the end of my 12th week and have yet to see a doctor for my pregnancy at all. I've been waiting for almost a month and a half now for mainecare to approve or deny me, more then likely be denied because of my income. Missed the open enrollment period through my work for insurance and most other out of pocket insurance companies dont cover prenatal. Hopefully by the end of next week I'll have my letter of denial or approval and be able to get care through a organization through the local hospital that's based off of my income. It's just frustrating to deal with all this and not know really anything besides I'm pregnant
