headache help?

hey ladies I'm 13w2d and I have a really bad headache today to the point that my eyes are watering and I cant fuction 😭 what do you do when you have a headache? I normally sleep but today I am just not tired.

I just recently had this happen and it lasted 3 days. I was drinking tons of water cause I know it rooted from dehydration, That wasn’t working finally I gave in and took Tylenol. Hope you feel better soon.

I got them with all of my pregnancy (especially second trimester). Hydrate- you should drink at least half your body weight in ounces, even more while pregnant. Tylenol- 1,500-2,000mg a day is safe (3-4 extra strength tablets). Caffeine- I have 1-2 small cups of coffee or tea. A neck massage and a heating pad seems to help me- I alternate with a ice pack. And if all else fails I take a Benadryl and sleep it off.

I try water first. Then caffeine. Then Tylenol if necessary. Been getting headaches and migraines since 11w. I’m 14 now.

I have chronic migraines and obviously can't take my meds while pregnant. My doctor said you can take 3 doses of extra strength Tylenol a day as long as you space them out appropriately. Sometimes that isn't enough, but of I take them at the very first sign of a headache, it usually helps. Also, make sure you stay hydrated! Dehydration causes the bad ones that don't go away with me.

Nothing puts a dent in mine. If I were you I'd take some Benadryl and sleep it off. Hope you feel better.
