IUD Brands which one is the best?

Okay ladies, I'm planning on getting an IUD soon and I'm debating between Kyleena or Mirena. I've heard some things about both of them.. I get heavy periods, and I have to wear super tampons with a pad. If I don't then its, "Hello bloody underwear!" I weigh about 115lbs (a lil less) and I'm 23.. I've been on the pill for 5 years, because I felt like I was dying on my period before I started birth control. But I think an IUD will be much better for several reasons.. So which IUD do you think is better,  Mirena or Kyleena?

I love my Mirena! And in response to the other comment, anyone can get it even if you haven't had kids. Plenty of people who don't have kids get the paraguard which is the biggest iud on the market, Mirena is fine to use too. I wanted the highest dose of hormones to lessen my long periods, they used to be 8-10 days a month! Now it's just random spotting that's light enough to a pantyliner.

Have you had children?? Kyleena is better for women who haven’t. I wish I had gotten Kyleena instead of Mirena because it was painful getting my Mirena as it is bigger and I’ve never had kids.
