Start by paying down the loans with the highest interest. Look into consolidating your debt for lower interest. There are a couple good apps, like Mint, that will help you create a budget and track your spending. Cut out all extras like cable, eating out, getting nails done, etc.

The barefoot investor is apparently a good read. It’s based on Australian bank accounts but could help you greatly. 
Your ultimate priority is to reduce your interest bearing debt and consolidate others. Look at remortgaging / refinancing so you have one regular payment and interest rate. You can balance transfer credit cards onto 0% interest (which then has a skyrocketing interest rate once the period ends, so you’ll need to transfer again or have it paid out in time).
Look at your absolute bare minimum living costs. This is rent/mortgage, fuel or transport costs, insurances, groceries to live simply yet healthily, gas/electricity bills, rates/water bills. Internet if you work from home and absolutely require it. 
Things like pay tv/cable, expensive phone and data plans, gym memberships, app subscriptions etc are all luxuries and should be cut from your expenditure until your debt is minimal/ eliminated.  Take a keep cup or thermos in your bag to refill with coffee and water instead of buying bottles or café drinks. Pack snacks and work lunches so you don’t buy food out of boredom or ease.
Can you walk where you normally drive/ take the bus? Can you shop at a bulk or discount grocer instead of buying snacks every few days? Meal prep is a great way to reduce grocery costs. Curries, pasta sauces, soups all make copious servings and are easy to freeze and reheat. Oats are good for breakfast and can be prepared with lots of different toppings. Eggs on toast is cheap and nutritious. Use leftovers in different dishes and make jams, stewed fruits and smoothies out of fruit and vegetables which are expiring. 
Set yourself a maximum, small social budget to cover unexpected things. It’s not completely unreasonable to have a small outing occasionally, especially for special occasions - it’s how you manage your expenditure that counts. 
Most of all become comfortable with saying NO! There’s no shame in saying ‘no thank you, I can’t afford it.’ ‘Not this week, my budget starts again next pay.’ If you’re awkward at a social event say before ordering ‘guys I’ll be paying just my own share tonight, I’m not in a position to split a bill amongst everyone’ with a big smile, who would say no! Even to yourself when you’re tempted. ‘I already have food at home/ clothes in the wardrobe.’
Find a great cheap/ free local hobby. Hiking, community groups, join your local library. 
The feeling of lowering and eliminating debt is a much greater high than keeping up with the neighbours. You would be AMAZED at how many people live a false life on credit so don’t beat yourself up, and don’t compare yourself either. Recognising that you need to make a change is a fantastic start, now go ahead and make it 😊
