I’m 14 and British so I don’t know how the American system works but I’m in my 3rd year of high school and a have a crush on this guy in my English, Maths and Biology classes.

I’ll start from the beginning I started to like this guy, let’s call him Hamish, when I moved to my new school like 5 years ago in primary 6 we only had maths together.

The next year in primary 7 we had the same teacher for every apart from math classes, I kinda started to relise then that I wasn’t just liking him as a friend and that I definitely had a crush, I never told him. We walked to class together, hung out at break and lunch and as he walked past me in class he would always flip my ponytail over my head.

We went into high school and drifted apart, we stopped talking gradually we stopped hanging out and we had no classes together and my crush on him began to die.

The same happened in 2nd year.

This year we have classes again and we talk, my crush is back and I have no idea what to do.

Long story short, I’m to scared to tell him I like him, what do I do? I don’t want to ruin our friendship.
