Am I eating enough nutrients?

Hi all! I am 7w 2d and pregnant with my first 😊

We’ve been trying for some time and I was really on a roll with my veggie and protein intake but have not been able to keep up these past few weeks. I’ve only been able to stomach beef and some cauliflower, spinach and broccoli but know I’m not eating enough in my day. I’m worried I’m not eating enough for me and the baby but I can only eat small portions at a time otherwise my indigestion is out of control.

I was considering taking Nano-green to help get my servings of veggies up but any other recommendations would be great! Like I said, I need to eat small portions at a time so help with snacks, additions to meals or any thing else would be appreciated 😊
