Insomnia

Is anyone else experiencing insomnia? The last 3 days I just CANNOT SLEEP. I can't even nap during the day. I'm so irritable and just over being pregnant at this point. 37+5 (technically 6 because it's 1am)

But when I do sleep it is for like 30 minutes and i sweat so bad and have hot flashes 😫
