Body pillow?

Are they worth the money? I don’t want to buy one & not use it if it’s not worth the money to spend.. they’re not cheap at all.. so do they actually provide the support needed or wanted? I’m having trouble sleeping now I’m 33 Weeks & my stomach is just way out there Plus my bed isn’t soft or comfortable.. it’s a firm & my hips are killing me.
