Bleeding with twins. Worried..
I am exactly twelve weeks today. I keep spotting or I will have a lot of blood like I’m starting my period. No clots or anything. I’ve gone in two times now and my cervix is closed and babies look fine! Doctor said my cervix could just be irritated. Has anyone else had this happen to them? My previous pregnancy I had no bleeding but it wasn’t twins. Please someone make me not worry 😭😩
