TTC with Letrozole

Hi! I was recently diagnosed with PCOS and my doctor prescribed me Letrozole. I was on day 30 of my cycle when I saw him with no period in sight. He told me I could start Letrozole that same day so I did. I took it for 5 days (ending Friday) today I noticed I have slight bleeding. Am I now going to get my period and have this whole cycle be a wash??? I am not supposed to start ovulation tests for 2 more days. Has anyone gone through this??
