Have you used Vitex???

Write your thoughts on Vitex, being a natural way for fertility. 
I struggle with irregular periods and hope this helps induce ovulation.

I have had very sporadic cycles since coming off bc pills two years ago and I wasn’t ovulating. I started taking femaprin(Vitex and B6 vitamin) August 17th, which was the tail end of my period. Two weeks later I started my period again, fast forward to CD 14, I ovulated on my own for the first time!! I was so convinced I could never naturally ovulate or conceive. My Af was supposed to start Saturday so fingers crossed!! Even if this isn’t the month I’m so happy to have ovulated and so quickly! I would suggest Vitex for anybody TTC, good luck!

I use a vitamin called Conception that contains myo-inositol and Vitex and I noticed that it does tend to help me have more regular cycles (I have PCOS).
