I self diagnosed myself with BPD and depression. Therapist told me I actually have four: BPD, severe atypical depression, generalized anxiety and a horrific sleep disorder that is similar to sleep apnea.

I would say I self disorganised first, but then I visited a doctor and psychiatrist who gave me a medical diagnosis, but I never went round saying I had these mental health problems before I saw a professional.

7 - maybe more, maybe less actual. Need to go to the doctor to find out, but my doctor hasn’t been consistent in 5 years so I haven’t felt comfortable disclosing.

4 i think. Then i went to a therapist and turned out i was right except i had 3 more. So now i have 7 dxs in total.
