I need a name (other than Lincoln) that could possibly use Link as a nickname. Last name is one syllable, so looking for something that flows better. There may literally be nothing, but I'm asking just in case!

Honestly my husbands cousins name is Adrian & they call him Link. So much so I forget his given name is really Adrian lol, because it's so far from the original name.
I think nicknames can be whatever you want even if it has no reference to the given name.
Or at least that's how it is in Hispanic culture. My name is Sarai (Sara-E) & my mom calls me Mitchi (Me-Che) 
I can name my daughter whatever I want & someone in the family will find a nickname faaaaar away from her given name lol. That's just us though, idk about other cultures etc.
