I need help with gifts

Ok I always start Christmas shopping early so I don’t miss anyone and if I know what to get people now I can catch the sales. I have an idea for everyone EXCEPT I’m having an hard time figuring out what to get my boyfriend 🤦🏽‍♀️ this is our first Christmas together he’s 23 y/o he likes games shoes clothes jewelry . But 2k19 already released I’m pretty sure he will have it by Christmas just throw some ideas at me please!
