I just had an ultrasound from a free clinic. They measure and photograph but cant tell you much about the health of the baby. When looking at the photos, I became aware of the fact that the baby is very low in my uterus. Right on top of my cervix. The heartbeat was healthy. I have an appointment with a real doctor in 3 weeks but I'm so paranoid about the position and the chances of MC. I'm also worried about having sex, esp. more vigorous sex, with my husband.

Does anyone have experiences similar? Thoughts? Reassurance?

I'm trying to just stay positive and patient for the real appointment.
