Just need to get this off my chest

TTC is honestly so stressful. We started trying in August and to my surprise I got my BFP. A week later my joy turned to sorrow when I began bleeding.

We are trying again but I’m nervous about 2 things: first, will I miscarry again? My husband and I are 25 and healthy, so unless I have a hidden condition I shouldn’t have problems. Secondly, will I get pregnant as quickly as I did the first time we “tried”?

Thanks to anyone who can offer me advice or a comforting story, nobody (at least in my life) tells you how hard this stuff is.
