So drained from trying to conceive. 1 year and a month now

Just now got referred to a infertility doctor first appointment October first . But i feel like it’s going to still take so much longer and sooo many more tests. I know it’ll be worth the wait but I’m just so drained ... my period is 4 days late and still negative tests . I know I’m not pregnant but i have a hsg test that needs to be done before the first and I’m so tired of all of this
