Rejected Piercing

has anyone gotten their belly button repierced? I had mine done 3 years ago and took it out a year after i got it because it never healed and it was migrating (I believe it was rejecting) Idk if it was from the jewelry or my body just didnt like it but I want to get it redone. Has anyone had a similar experience?

Also do you think my body would reject other piercings since it rejected my belly? I had my nose done a year ago and it healed perfectly but I want to get my lip done ( which is flesh like the belly button) and I'm concerned it'll reject and leave a big scar
