Going CRAZY!!!!

I feel like I’m pregnant but pregnancy tests says otherwise. I’m 4 days late with NO signs of AF. My boobs seem to be larger & the blue veins are very apparent (not normal). I spotted like a week after my last period for approximately 9-10 days. I just don’t know what to do, any advice?!?!

Also, my nipples have been very sore lately. I’ve been feeling a little fatigued, emotional, and nauseous.
