Mucus plug or discharge???

I’m 36 weeks and 3 days now, this thing came out of me last night. I was in the hospital when I was 32 weeks and I could have sworn my mucus plug came out then because it was mucus with a bit of old blood. Idk I’m not sure anymore, my midwife is not very helpful, I don’t want to speak bad about her but she’s not the smartest. Anyways, I’ve been feeling a lot of pelvic pain and pressure a few hours after this happened. I really just need some answers.
