Anyone else?

I have had heartburn throughout my whole pregnancy but it has never been this bad😩 I literally wake up every 2 hours during the night and puke cause the acid reflex is unbearable. Even during the day it’s bad but I can control it better cause I’m sitting up and moving around. 
Also is anyone else very tired these last 2 weeks? I feel like all my energy has been sucked out of me. I never wanna leave my bed it’s horrible.

Nothing is touching my heartburn. I take zantac, tums, and drink milk just to calm down the acid reflux. Its awful!

Zantac 150 mg every 12 hours. If I miss a single dose it comes back with a vengeance

My acid reflux has been HEINOUS!!!  I finally got a prescription because I just couldn’t tolerate waking up 3-4x per night to throw up!  It’s a little better now with the prescription, but I still take tums nightly, sleep on 2-3 pillows, and found out pizza is my nemesis so I avoid that!  Can’t wait to deliver so this goes away!!!

Are you taking anything to help? I was taking Pepcid AC and it was doing nothing whatsoever to help me. I just switched to Zantac and it has seriously saved me. It’s the extra strength kind that has the ‘cooling effect’, and it is awesome.

Zantac! It works for me, not as good as it did when I first started it, but definitely better than throwing up constantly. You can take up to 150mg twice a day. I take tums in between if I need to. Avoid foods that may give you heartburn...which in my case is everything lol

yep! i never knew heart burn could be this painful! it radiates through my neck and down my shoulders! rennies are my best friend!
