I had a miscarriage almost two weeks ago at 6 weeks. It happened before I had the chance to see a OBGYN, a had that appointment scheduled and before that I would have an ultrasound and see a nurse practitioner. I ended up having that ultrasound and seeing the nurse just to confirm that I had passed everything and wouldn’t need an d&c. The nurse wasn’t very helpful, it seemed like she was in a hurry to get rid of me... when I asked about what now since we want to ttc again she said “ I would say you to wait one or two cycles to try again” and before I could ask why there was someone else in the room telling me to go get urine tested. My question is: what did you OBGYN tell you about tcc again. I’ve read a lot and some women says their doctor said it would have no problem to try right away, for others the recommendation was to wait for one cycle. What was the explanation given for either cases?
