Do you argue more when you're at a distance or when you're together?

So i think my boyfriend and I argue so much more when we are away from each other than when we are together and he agrees. Thoughts?

Answer

My fiancé and I found it we argued more when together. We’d only see each other every 3-6 months so when we’d see each other (usually for a weekend and sometimes a week) we were staying up later, someone was always stressed about school/work because they couldn’t put as much effort into with a visitor. And so we’d argue a bit more than normal. Nothing serious though and generally we knew when that started we needed to eat and/or sleep. 
Also I found that we both occasionally needed a bit of time to adjust to having each other around so much again. And that could cause disputes.... easily solved ones of course.
