FTMs who breast pump (RANT)

How much did you pump when your LO was 3wks? And how often would you have to?

I’m lucky now if I am able to even get 1oz for only 15min

I nap/sleep when baby is sleeping so I don’t even eat or drink during the day 😩

Even tho I know that’s the best way to get your supply back up. I’m just so tired and try to get in the sleep😴 when I can

My baby is going to end up being a formula fed baby...and I’m ok with it. I just feel bad like I let down my LO and my hubby too...hubby wants me to pump as much as I can
