Thoughts?

I am currently 8 days late. Today around lunch I got a bfn. We dtd every day of my predicted ovulation. I did not take ovulation tests. After that I had an aching back ache. And discharged white creamy a lot. I’ve also had acid reflux which I never have. I was just so sure I was pregnant. However I haven’t even gotten a faint line. I’m so confused. My nipples and breast hurt. Every now and then I feel like yep I just started and cramp on and off. But never anything. I’ve even put tampons in because I was so sure. I’m losing hope but then again this is my first time ttc. Any thoughts? And I’ve slept all day. And I never do that either. I’ve also had dizzy spells on and off? Anyone else have similar experiences?
