OPK!! How close am I??

Got a flashy smiley "high" reading on a clear blue....and....

If I test again in about 24hrs, do u think it will be peak, or I am really close and the surge will be over before then?

Doc said to BD every other day until I get a "peak" reading and then BD that day and the next day....she said that we should only BD two night in a row once....tonight we were planning on BDing because of "do it every other day"...but if I do in fact get a "peak" tomorrow then we will be technically doing it 3 days in a row....but if I may miss my surge before I test again then I def wanna BD tonight and tomorrow...

Any advice appreciated as well 😊...
